Owner's Representative

In this role we provide oversight and coordination of project from the Owner's prospective, acting as an extension of the Owner and solely represent the Owner's interest independent of the design professionals and general contractors. As the Owner's representative, we provide an overview of and make recommendations on design and scope, contract matters, budget adjustments, proposed changes, schedule changes, time extensions and resolution of problems or questions that may arise.

DESIGN SERVICES

We offer a full range of design services, from conceptual development to construction documents. Our selected design partner can provide architectural plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and detailed shop drawings. We learn about you and your commercial or residential space, to bring your design ambitions to life.

Project Coordinator

Provide project management and coordination to Architects, Engineers , Designers and Developers which includes design review, value engineering,  budgeting, cost control, purchase orders , field supervision, initiation of project schedules and client relations.
